Taylor Investigations is a private investigator company in Norwich, Norfolk. They specialise in; surveillance, person tracing, matrimonial, corporate, insurance, polygraph, process serving, background checks and digital forensics.

What was the brief?

Charlotte and the team couldn’t find off-the-shelf software to match their admin requirements. 

They were after a high quality, secure CRM system with the ability to manage their customer relations, prospects, case files and services. 

As they couldn’t get software that had all of these features they had a mix of both off-the-shelf software and worksheets.
