Who is the client?

YesMind is an online counselling service specialising in Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Insomnia, LGBTQ issues, Low self-esteem, OCD, Panic Attacks, Stress, Career advice and Couples counselling.

What was the brief?

After a bad experience outsourcing their requirements internationally, YesMind asked us to provide them with a professional, SAS (Software as a Service) application.

Their software needed to include the ability for the counsellor to book appointments and for the customer to pay for and keep track of new sessions. 

They also required the ability for a counsellor to talk to a customer via text-based chat, audio chat and video-based chat.

Our solution

To solve this, we provided them with a custom application including the specifications above, that has three levels to it.

These three levels consist of: an employee portal, a counsellor portal and a customer portal.

Also, as there was no plug-in for the ability for a counsellor to talk to a customer via text-based chat, audio chat and video-based chat we created and built this for them.

The software also included a full calendar system for the counsellors to manage booking and scheduling that is easy to use and is visually appealing.
